Getting started
- Open Resalo from Apps in your Shopify admin.
- In Settings, set the store's default commission (the store's share of each sale).
- In Consignors, add a consignor, then open them and choose Assign products.
- From then on, every sale and refund of those products, online or in Shopify POS, is recorded automatically.
- When you pay a consignor, record the payout on their page. Use Printable statement or Download CSV to send them a statement.
Common questions
Does Resalo pay my consignors? No. Resalo calculates what you owe; you pay consignors however you normally do and record the payout in the app.
How is the commission calculated? On the item's sale price after discounts, before tax and shipping.
What about sales made before I assigned a product? Only sales after a product is assigned are recorded.
What happens to refunds? Refunds of consigned items automatically reduce the consignor's balance using the same split as the original sale.
